JAKARTA - PT Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA), a finance company, obtained a loan facility worth Rp 100 billion from PT Bank BTPN Tbk (BTPN). The loan facility agreement was signed on 12 July 2019.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Dwi Indriyanie, Corporate Secretary of PT Tifa Finance Tbk (TIFA), said that the loan facility is given using the term loan instalment scheme. "The loan facility does not affect business operations and cash flow," he said.
The company will use the loan facility to expand its business to multipurpose financing, among others. In May 2019, TIFA obtained a loan facility of Rp 262 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). (LK/AR)
