JAKARTA. PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) is targeting marketing sales of Rp 700 billion from the launch of its new project in semester II-2019.

Archied Noto Pradono, Director of Capital and Investment Management at Intiland explained that with the end of Lebaran and the election, his party will soon release a new project, phase II of the South Quarter, which will be started soon.

"(This project) has two towers that we will release in stages," he said at Intiland Tower, Jakarta (15/7).

He explained that the project was still targeting the upper middle class with the concept of integrating with the existing South Quarter. With a location close to the MRT station, the company is optimistic that the market will welcome it.

South Quarter, said Archied, will have 600 units in its two towers. The company expects the new project to contribute around Rp 600 billion-Rp 700 billion from this year's marketing sales target of Rp 2.5 trillion. This optimism is driven by the potential that is still good, with the number of offices and the number of expatriates. (AM/AR)
