JAKARTA - PT Danareksa Sekuritas (Persero) has obtained Rp. 818.84 billion by selling the shares of its subsidiaries, PT Danareksa Sekuritas (DS) and PT Danareksa Investment Management (DIM), to PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI).
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Chairul Iman, Corporate Secretary of PT Danareksa (Persero) stated that the sale of its subsidiaries was done to expand both DIM and DS business to reach BRI customers.
Danareksa sold 67% of DS shares for Rp 371.95 billion and 35% of DIM shares for Rp 446.88 billion to BRI. (LK/AR)
