JAKARTA - PT Pembangunan Graha Lestari Indah Tbk (PGLI), a property company based in Medan, North Sumatra, will distribute 98.75% of its 2018 net profit of Rp 4.94 billion (Rp 4.88 billion) as cash dividends.
Based on the disclosure of information, the plan has been approved at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM). Cash dividends will be paid to shareholders who are registered by 12 July 2019. The director will cut some of it as taxes according to tax regulations. Meanwhile, the remaining net profit will be used as retained earnings.
In 2018, the company generated Rp 22.2 billion in revenue and Rp 2.1 billion in gross profit. (LK/AR)
