JAKARTA - PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP) expanded its business by establishing a subsidiary, PT OCBC NISP Venture, in Jakarta. The legal certificate of the new company is being processed at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Hartati, Director of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk said that the new company's core business would be to inject capital into other private companies. The new company's authorized capital is Rp 400 billion.
The composition of the new company's shareholders is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (99.99%, Rp 99.90 billion) and PT Suryasono Sentosa (0.1%, Rp 100 million). (LK/AR)
