JAKARTA. PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) will lead a development consortium that will construct 26.86-kilometer toll road with an investment of Rp 21.2 trillion. This is made official following the issuance of permits from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) for the feasibility study of the Cikunir-Ulujami toll road project.

META leads the consortium whose member are PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI), PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST), and PT Triputra Utama Selaras (TUS).

General Manager Corporate Affairs at META, Deden Rochmawaty, ensured that her party had obtained a feasibility study permit from the Ministry of PUPR. "Yes, it's okay," she said as quoted by KONTAN, Wednesday (17/7). However, Deden was not yet willing to disclose the details of the project.

The Cikunir-Ulujami toll road will be included in the Jakarta Outer Ring Road III network.

Until now, toll road management services have been META's biggest source of revenue. Of the company's total revenue of Rp 781.77 billion, Rp 505.13 billion came from toll road management services. (AM/AR)
