JAKARTA - Two subsidiaries of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM), MD Graha Utama and MD Global Media have conducted a sale and purchase transaction. MD Graha Utama sold 247 million shares to MD Global Media.
Based on the disclosure of company information, Ratna Sari Ismianti, Corporate Secretary of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FLIM), stated that the transaction purpose is for direct investment. "The price is Rp 700 per share," he said.
MD Graha Utama owned 5,944,370,000 shares or equivalent 62.5% and the stock decreased to 59.9% or 5,697,370,000 share post transaction. While the MD GLobal Media's stock increased from 2,140,030,000 shares to 2,387,030,000 shares post transaction. (LK)
