Intiland projects 5%-10% recurring income growth

25 July 2019 07:15

JAKARTA - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) is confident its recurring income will grow 5%-10% this year.

According to Intiland Capital and Investment Management Director Archied Noto Pradono, recurring income growth will be contributed by an increase in the occupancy of the South Quarter Tower in Cilandak, South Jakarta. “The building will approximately contribute 20% to our 2019 revenue,” he told Kontan.co.id, Wednesday (24/7).

In addition, Mr Pradono added, recurring income growth will also be contributed by increased prices based on lease contracts. However, the exact amount is yet to be calculated in the first half of the year.

Previously, Mr Pradono said Intiland was optimistic this year’s revenue would be higher compared to the previous year despite the presidential election. This year, he said, the company would be more conservative in setting targets. (MS)
