JAKARTA. PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk (UNIC) injected additional capital of Rp 7.46 billion to its subsidiary, PT Unggul Indah Investama.
Fifi Afriyanthi, Corporate Secretary of UNIC, said that the injection has no impact on the company's operations. She also claimed that there was no legal, financial and business continuity impact felt by the company.
In the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Afriyanthi said that at present, UNIC owns 99% of Unggul Indah Investama's shares. Meanwhile, the rest is owned by PT Aspirasi Luhur.
According to information compiled by idnfinancials.com, the price of UNIC shares is at the level of Rp.4,900 at the close of trading today. The share price of the chemical industry company fell by 2.49% or 125 points from the price at the end of trading the previous day (29/7). (KR/AR)
