JAKARTA - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) will issue mudharabah sukuk instruments with a principal Rp 2 trillion.
Based on information from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), Bank CIMB Phase II Sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah I Year 2019 consists of three series, namely Series A, Series B and Series C.
Series A with a principal amount of Rp 635 billion and a tenor of 370 days will mature on August 31, 2020. Series B has a principal amount of Rp 936 billion with a tenor of 3 years and maturity on August 21, 2022. Series C has a principal amount of Rp 429 billion with a tenor of 5 years and a due date on August 21, 2024.
The public offering period for mudharabah sukuk will be held on August 14-16, 2019. Allotment will be held on August 19, 2019 and electronic distribution will be carried out on August 21, 2019. (LM)
