JAKARTA. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) suspended the trading of PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (POSA) shares, after its price fell by 85.17%.
On 11 July, POSA's share price was at the level of Rp 755 per share. This is its highest price since its debut on IDX on 10 May 2019. But on the trading of 7 August, the price of POSA shares has dropped to the level of Rp 112 per share. "IDX considers it necessary to make a temporary suspension," explained BEI in the disclosure of information on Thursday (8/8).
In addition, the IDX also suspended POSA Series I Warrants issued on 10 May. According to the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) record, the warrants are owned by local investors (99.71%) and foreign ones (0.29%).
Previously, IDX had also suspended the trading of POSA shares on 31 July 2019 for cooling down after significant price changes. The day after that, IDX revoked the suspension. (KR/AR)
