JAKARTA. PT Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM) obtained a loan facility from Adaro Capital Limited (ACL) worth US$ 100 million, with an interest of 12% per annum and a tenor of 4 years since the disbursement.

Asnita Kasmy, Corporate Secretary of TRAM, said that the loan facility would be used for capital expenditure (CapEx) of the company. Furthermore, the company will use 100% of its shares in one of its subsidiaries as collateral for loans. "The collateral is the company's shares in a subsidiary that is indirectly owned by the company, PT Gunung Bara Utama," explained Kasmy in information disclosure.

Kasmy added that the credit agreement was not considered as an affiliate transaction, according to Bapepam-LK regulation. However, because the value reaches 20% to 50% of the total equity of the company, this transaction is included as a material transaction. (KR/AR)
