JAKARTA - PT Sat Nusapersada Tbk (PTSN) has obtained a US$ 5.69 million loan facility from PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN), which consists of investment loans and working capital.
In the company's information disclosure, PTSN President Director Abidin Fan said that the loan facility will be used to support the company's growing business by developing a new factory. "Upon the completion of our new factory, our production and warehouse capacities will increase," he said.
According to Mr Fan, although the company's liquidity will increase after obtaining the loan, the company will be charged with a monthly interest rate. The first investment loan amounts to US$ 1.60 million/Rp 22.89 billion, the second investment loan US$ 2.08 million/Rp 29.60 billion, and working capital US$ 2 million/Rp 28.40 billion. (LK/MS)
