Surya Semesta injects Rp 1.45 trillion in loan facility to subsidiary

JAKARTA - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) distributes the loan facility worth Rp 1.45 trillion to the PT Suryacipta Swadaya (SCS). The loan facility will be used to build industry project phase I in Subang, West Java.

As cited of the company's information disclosure, Johannes Suriajaja, President Director of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) said the loan facility sourced from the loan facility agreement between the company and International Finance Corporation (IFC) worth US$ 100 million. "By distributing the loan of IFC to the SCS, the SCS has additional fund to acquire and expansiong a land in Subang," he said.

SCS is a subsidiary of the company with ownership 99% stake. The loan value aboves 20% or equivalent 33% of the company's equity was recorded Rp 4.38 trillion in December 31, 2018. (LK)
