JAKARTA - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), a property company, recorded the total revenue of Rp 5.30 trillion in the first semester of 2019, lower compared to the same period last year, its achieved revenue of Rp 5.33 trillion. The healthcare business segment has supported the performance of the company in the period.
Based on the company's financial statement, Lippo Karawaci's revenue contributed from the development revenue of Rp 991 billion and the recurring segment business of Rp 4.31 billion. The development segment revenue sourced from the urban development at Rp 643 billion and the large scale integrated development of Rp 348 billion. While the recurring income segment consisted of the malls and others at Rp 934 billion and healthcare business segment of Rp 3.37 trillion.
In the first semester of 2019, the decrease in revenue was due to a decrease in urban development by 37% from Rp 1.49 trillion to Rp 991 billion. While the recurring income segment rose by 15.1% from Rp 2.74 trillion in the first semester of 2018 to Rp 4.31 trillion in the same period of 2019. (LK)
