JAKARTA - PT Paramitha Bangun Sarana Tbk (PBSA), a general contractor company, is expanding the business by establishing a new company named PT Paramita Multi Sarana (PMS). The company's subsidiary authorised capital amounted Rp 8 billion and the issued and paid-up capital at Rp 2 billion.
As cited of the company's information disclosure, the company owned a 98% stake or equivalent worth Rp 1.96 billion in the issued and paid-up capital in the subsidiary. The company is so aggressively to expand the business in Indonesia, wherein May 13, 2019, they have built a subsidiary named PT Paramita Andalan Strukture. While on February 22, 2018, the company has established a subsidiary in Malaysia named Paramita Bangun Sarana Sdn, Bhd.
In the first semester of 2019, Paramita Bangun Sarana recorded the revenue of Rp 220.22 billion, rose from Rp 186.07 billion in the same period last year. While the gross profit at Rp 36.98 billion, decreased from Rp 44.54 billion, and the profit for the year of Rp 4.69 billion, decreased from Rp 47.43 billion. (LK)
