JAKARTA - PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE), a textile and garment company, purchased the Minimal brand of PT Gistex Retailindo to expand its market share in Indonesia. The two company have no affilliate relation each other.
As cited of the company's information disclosure, Franxiscus Afat Adinata, President Director of PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) stated the transaction is expected to give a value added to the company. "The brand (Minimal) will compelete the product range of company in various product women dress," he said.
Furthermore, Mega Perintis also purchased the inventory of PT Gistex Retailindo. In the first semester of 2019, the company recorded the inventory of Rp 211.22 billion, rose compared with the inventory of Rp 191.86 billion in December 31, 2019. The inventory consisted of the commodity (garment and acessories) of Rp 157.54 billion and the goods of manufactures of Rp 58.23 billion. (LK)
