Mas Murni Indonesia's total asset value grows by 70.3%

JAKARTA. PT Mas Murni Indonesia Tbk (MAMI) announced that its total asset value grew by 70.3% after taking over the land and the rights for Mandatory Convertible Bonds (OWK) of PT Anugerah Mitra Lestari (AML) 

Peterjanto Suharjono, Director of MAMI, admitted that the change had no legal and material impact on the company's financial condition. "Because the company continues to maintain a healthy financial ratio," Suharjono said in information disclosure.

At the end of fiscal year 2018, MAMI's total assets were recorded at Rp 994.89 billion. After the takeover of AML's land and OWK, the company's total assets reached Rp 1.69 trillion by the end of the first semester of 2019. (KR/AR)
