JAKARTA - PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo Tbk (URBN) booked its first half revenue of Rp 224.27 billion. This figure is equivalent to 90% of the company's total revenue target in 2019.
In the first half of 2018, URBN posted revenues of Rp 52.03 billion billion. Thus, the company's revenue rose to 331% on an annual basis.
"Apartment sales until June 2019 were contributed by sales to third parties of 99.7% and the remainder was sales to related parties," Urban Jakarta Propertindo Corporate Secretary Tri Rachman Batara said as quoted from Bisnis.
The increase in revenue also boosted the company's net profit in the first half of this year. By the end of the first half, URBN's net profit was recorded at Rp 57.2 billion, up 226% yoy. (LM)
