JAKARTA - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) won a loan of Rp 220 billion from PT TCP Internusa. The loan agreement between the two companies takes place in Jakarta on September 4, 2019.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Johannes Suriadjaja, President Director of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) said the loan agreement is valid for a year and can be extended. "For the loan facility, Surya Semesta pays interest to TCP of 10% per year from the loan amount," he said.
The two companies have an affiliate relationship with the similarity of management and supervisors in the two companies. Royanto Rizal is Commissioner at SSIA and TCP Commissioner President, Johannes Suriadjaja is President Director at SSIA and President Director at TCP, The Jok Tung, SSIA Director and Vice President Director at TCP, and Eddy Purwana Wikanta, SSIA Vice President Director and Vice President Commissioner TCP.
