Prima Cakrawala estimates that its revenue will decrease due to additional working capital loan

JAKARTA - PT Prima Cakrawala Abadi Tbk (PCAR) estimates that its revenue this year will be lower than last year due to rising working capital loan. This year, the company received an additional loan of Rp 8 billion, making its working capital loan reach Rp 16 billion with an interest rate of 14% per year.

Raditya Wardhana, President Director of PT Prima Cakrawala Abadi Tbk (PCAR) stated in the company's public expose that the company's working capital loan increases to Rp 16 billion (Rp 4 billion of multipurpose loan facility and Rp 12 billion of working capital loan facility). Interest rate also rose from 10.5% to 14%. 

According to him, the company's revenue will decline by 1-1.5%. 

In the first half of 2019, the company's cash was recorded at Rp 1.64 billion, lower than its record in December 2018 of Rp 15.14 billion. (LK/AR)
