JAKARTA. PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) is still focused working on a transit oriented development (TOD) concept near Juanda Station.
Finance Director of PP Properti Indaryanto explained that currently PPRO is waiting for the permit process from the Building Construction Expert Team (TABG) to obtain a Building Permit (IMB). "If it comes out within one or two months, we will continue to build the foundation," Indaryanto explained as quoted by Kontan.co.id, Monday (9/9).
The construction of the first tower with 680 units is planned to be carried out in December 2019 and the price is Rp 200 million per unit. According to Indaryanto, all units have been sold out. Tower one will be completed within two years, then it will proceed with the construction of the second tower.
The construction of apartments around the Juanda Station is quite prospective because it is in ring one close to the government center, said Indrayanto. (AM/LM)
