GMF Aeroasia established a joint venture

JAKARTA - PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMFI) and PT Citilink Indonesia formed a joint venture in the field of training services, namely PT Garuda Ilmu Terapan Cakrawala.

As quoted from the disclosure of information, Tazar Marta Kurniawan, President Director of PT GMF Aeroasia Tbk (GMFI) said the joint venture is expected to provide returns through a dividend distribution. Paid-up capital in this subsidiary is Rp 5 billion with the respective deposits namely, GMF Aeroasia Rp 1 billion and Citilink Rp 4 billion. (LK)
