JAKARTA. PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE) has bagged dividend income of Rp 17 billion through equity participation in its subsidiary PT Bira Industri Rejeki Agung.
RISE Corporate Secretary Go Herliani Prayogo said that the company owns a 50% stake or 52,500 shares in Bira Industri, while the remaining 50% stake is owned by PT Wira Laju Rejeki.
"The dividend income is from PT Bira Industri Rejeki Agung's 2018 retained earnings," said Ms Prayogo in an information disclosure.
In the first half of 2019, RISE posted Rp 94.5 billion in revenue, up 12.39% year on year (yoy). Its 1H revenue was supported by the hotel business line which contributed Rp 63.81 billion as well as the townhouse business which contributed Rp 20.9 billion. (KR/MS)
