JAKARTA - PT Iforte Solusi Infotex, a subsidiary of PT Protelindo won a loan facility worth Rp 250 billion from Bank MUFG. This loan facility will be used to support business activities in general.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Irfan Ghazali, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) said the loan facility is valid for one year with JIBOR interest and a 1.25% margin per year. "Portelindo will be the guarantor of Iforte's obligations related to the facility," he said.
Protelindo is a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Tower Tbk (TOWR) with 99.9% share ownership. (LK)
