JAKARTA - PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN) announced a partnership with PT BSD Diamond Development (BDD), a joint venture company between Sinarmas Land and Mitsubishi Corporation.
The form of cooperation between the two parties is the Mortgage Loan (KPR) service. Through this partnership, Bank Danamon will support financing for buyers through mortgage loan (KPR) payment scheme for up to 20 years.
THE ZORA as a product of BDD is an exclusive residence with a modern lifestyle with a total area of 19 hectares. THE ZORA is located in the BSD City Luxury Development area, which features Japanese-style luxury designs and concepts.
"This partnership is proof of Bank Danamon and MUFG's strong collaboration in Indonesia, which allows Danamon to provide integrated financial solutions for clients from the corporate to retail segments, and support Bank Danamon's rapid growth going forward," said Bank Danamon's Consumer Business Head Lanny Hendra.
This collaboration is also expected to increase Danamon's Consumer Mortgage loan portfolio, which in the first semester of this year reached Rp 8.8 trillion or grew 28% on an annual basis. (LM)
