JAKARTA - Of the 6 Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) II toll roads with 109.57 km in length, 3 sections will be completed in March 2020, namely Cengkareng-Batu Ceper-Kunciran (14.19 km), Kunciran-Serpong (11.19 km km), and Serpong-Cinere (10.14 km).
"Gradually, several JORR II Toll Road sections have been completed and are ready for operation, such as in the Cinere-Jagorawi section. For the Kunciran-Serpong section, the progress reaches 98.76% in October 2019 will now be officially in operation. Now the operation is being tested," Minister Basuki said after visiting the Kunciran-Serpong toll road construction site at the Parigi Toll Gate, Tangerang, Friday (09/20/2019).
The other three sections are targeted to be completed by the end of 2020, namely Cinere-Jagorawi (14.64 km), Cimanggis-Cibitung (25.39 km), and Cibitung-Cilincing (34.02 km) . The completion of JORR II is expected to reduce the burden of the already congested JORR I Toll Road. (LM)
