Intiland will rely on the high-rise segment to pursue its marketing sales target

24 September 2019 01:45

TANGERANG. Director of  Capital and Investment Management at PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), Archied Noto Pradono, is optimistic that the company's marketing sales target of Rp 2.5 trillion will be achieved. This optimism is based on the sales of the high-rise segment.

According to Archied, in the first semester of 2019, the high rise segment contributed 40% of DILD's total revenue. This is enough to give confidence to the company. "High-rise buildings have the potential to have MRT facilities, especially at SQ Residence, 1 Park Avenue, 57 Prom and Intiland Tower," he continued.

Several projects that are being developed that become the company's mainstay include South Quarter integrated office area in South Jakarta, mixed-use & high rise Fifty-Seven Promenade which is located in the heart of Jakarta's business centre, Praxis, Aeropolis in Tangerang, Banten and Spazio Tower in Surabaya, as well as Regatta, Graha Golf and The Rosebay apartments.

"Those are all projects that are ready stock this year," Archied told Kontan, Monday (23/9).

Aside from relying on the sale of high rise properties, DILD is also optimistic that with lower reference rates and the easing of LTV of the down payment for KPR / KPA, the target will be achieved. (AM/AR)
