JAKARTA. According to the latest report submitted by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), as of 20 September 2019, PT Tancorp Investama Mulia has controlled 22.3% of PT Mega Perintis Tbk (ZONE) shares.
This occurred after Tancorp bought 55.79 million of ZONE shares at a price below market price. The day before, 19 September 2019, Tancorp had only controlled 15.30% of ZONE shares.
However, based on ZONE's daily transaction data, the sale of 55.79 million shares was likely to be held on 18 September 2019. On that day, a crossing transaction of ZONE shares was conducted, mediated by PT Waterfront Sekuritas Indonesia. The number of shares traded was as much as 55.79 million shares at the price of Rp 435, with a total transaction value of Rp 24.3 billion.
The purchase price is below the average price of ZONE shares which on 18 September 2019 was recorded at Rp 476.9 per share. (AM/AR)
