JAKARTA. PT Agung Podomoro Land (APLN) has established a business partnership with PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) to increase sales of houses and apartments.
Suryanti Agustinar, Executive Vice President of Nonsubsidized Mortgage & Consumer Lending at BBTN, said that the partnership will offer housing and apartment loans with a fixed interest rate of 5% for 2 years. "Both down payments and housing loans' interest rates offered by banks also become lower than before, "said Suryanti through an official statement on Wednesday (25/9) today.
Meanwhile, APLN admitted that the property market is now exciting again, after the Loan To Value (LTV) relaxation policy took place last week. With this relaxation, APLN is optimistic that its sales performance will improve in 2020. (KR/AR)
