JAKARTA - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) inaugurated the Digital Lounge @Home in the Kemang area, Jakarta, Thursday (9/26/2019). CIMB Niaga Digital Lounge @Home is designed to meet the banking needs of the community in residential areas that are increasingly towards digital.
"We present Digital Lounge @Home to be closer to the community. We hope that this latest initiative can provide optimal, fast, precise, accurate and friendly digital banking services for children and families in residential areas," said CIMB Niaga President Director Tigor M. Siahaan.
Digital Lounge @Home basically offers the same services as Digital Lounge in offices, shopping centers, and campuses. This lounge has a Self Service Banking machine for opening a savings account that only takes 5 minutes, a Cash Pull and Deposit machine, and Video Banking.
In addition, Tigor continued, Digital Lounge @Home also provides access to a more flexible operational time, which is Monday - Sunday (including the celebration of National Religious Holidays) starting at 08.00 - 20.00 WIB, and 24-hour access to ATM and CDM facilities.
With the launch of Digital Lounge @Home in Kemang, CIMB Niaga now has 30 Digital Lounges consisting of 24 in malls, 2 in offices, 3 on campus, and 1 in residential areas. (LM)
