JAKARTA - PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMCB) replaced the Holcim cement product brand with the new Dynamix brand, in line with the share ownership change from LafargeHolcim Group to PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR).
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Andika Lukmana, Corporate Secretary of PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMCB) said that it changed the old cement product brand to the Dynamix brand after the change in the company's controlling share.
SMCB is a subsidiary of PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (SMGR) through its subsidiary, PT Semen Indonesia Industri Bangunan by 98.31%. Previously, there had been a change in the company's name from PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk (SMCB) to PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia as a result of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 11 February 2019.
