JAKARTA - PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) provided a Rp 50 billion loan facility for PT Mapple Mitra Adiperkasa. According to the company's financial report for the first semester of 2019, Mapple has not commenced its operation yet.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Eva Andrianie, Corporate Secretary of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI) said that the loan facility was given to make the company's internal cash management more efficient "The interest rate follows BI 7 Days Repo Rate + 1% per year, with a tenor of two years," he said.
The loan agreement was signed on 27 September 2019. The two companies are affiliated, since 99.99% of PT Mapple Mitra Adiperkasa's shares are owned by MAPI. (LK/AR)
