JAKARTA - PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO) will issue 246,290,660 shares in phase II of private placement program (MESOP) at a price of Rp 759 per share. Distribution of rights in this corporate action is valid until 12 July 2020.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Usli, President Director of PT Mahkota Group Tbk (MGRO), said that he would submit to IDX to pre-record additional shares in the implementation of the private placement program.
In this program, the company approved the release of 351,843,800 shares in two stages. In the first stage, the company will release 105,553,140 shares distributed between August 12, 2018, to August 12, 2019. The price will be determined based on the closing price of 25 exchange days between August 26, 2019, to September 26, 2019. (LK)
