JAKARTA - PT Sarana Multigriya Financial (Persero) obtained investment income of Rp 112.80 billion from asset securitisation (Asset Backed Securities/EBA) of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) in the first semester of 2019.
Based on SMF's financial statements, this investment income is slightly higher compared to the same period last year, amounting to Rp 112.57 billion. However, investment expense from EBA rose to Rp 90.93 billion from Rp 62.14 billion, while profit for the current period fell to Rp 16.85 billion from Rp 38.03 billion in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, housing loan receivables (KPR) were purchased from BTN, worth Rp 1.48 trillion in the first half of 2019, down from Rp 1.66 trillion in December 2018. Total assets were recorded at Rp 1.56 trillion and liabilities Rp 1.36 trillion in the first half of 2019. (LK)
