JAKARTA - PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk or JAS Airport Services, a subsidiary of PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS), will distribute interim dividends amounting to Rp 61 billion or Rp 119 per share for the 2019 fiscal year.
“Jasa Angkasa Semesta has decided to use its net profit of Rp 61.38 billion as the fourth interim dividends in 2019,” wrote the company in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Wednesday (2/10).
The recording date of shareholders entitled to the dividends is on October 8, while the dividends will be paid on October 15. The use of the JAS’s 2019 net profit as dividends has been agreed on in the company’s board meeting. (MS)
