JAKARTA - Two subsidiaries of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), Protelindo and Iforte, obtained a loan facility worth Rp 3.5 trillion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). The agreement was signed on 30 September 2019.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Irfan Ghazali, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) said the loan facility consisted of term loan (Rp 3 trillion) and revolving loan (Rp 500 billion).
The loan facility will be used to increase the two companies' CapEx budget and to repat Protelindo's bonds. (LK/AR)
