JAKARTA - PT Unipack Plasindo (UPC), a subsidiary of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) obtained a loan facility of Rp 83.50 billion from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA). To obtain the loan facility, the company provides a corporate guarantee worth Rp 77 billion.
As quoted from the company's information disclosure, the loan facility including local loan with a ceiling of Rp 20 billion, revolving loan (Rp 20 billion), investment loan I (Rp 7.50 billion), and investment loan II (Rp 36 billion).
Linggana Lenggowati, Corporate Secretary of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC), said that the provision of corporate guarantee with a total value above 50% of the company's equity in its subsidiary does not require shareholders' approval. "The agreement was signed on 3 October 2019," she said. (LK/AR)
