JAKARTA - PT Waskita Toll Road, a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), injected paid-up capital and placed in PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol (CKJT) of Rp 86.25 billion. With this additional capital, CKJT's authorized capital rose to Rp 1.50 trillion and paid-up capital was placed at Rp 575 billion from Rp 300 billion.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, SVP Corporate Secretary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) said the increase in paid-up capital and was placed to support CKJT operations. "If WTR does not increase paid-up capital and is placed in CKJT, then WTR share ownership will be diluted," he said.
The structure of CKJT share ownership includes, among others, PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk at 51% or 344.25 billion, WTR as much as 15% equivalent to Rp 101.25 billion, PT PP (Persero) Tbk owns 14% shares or Rp 94.50 million , PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) by 10% or equivalent to Rp 67.50 million, and PT Jasa Sarana by 10% or equivalent to Rp 67.50 million.
