JAKARTA. PT Adhi Commuter Properti, a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI), expects the handover of its apartments, which use the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD), to take place at the end of 2019.
Indra Syahruzza, Director of Development and Marketing of Adhi Commuter Properti, said that the apartments are LRT City Bekasi Timur-East Green and LRT City Bekasi-Gateway Park. Construction of these two apartments is almost complete. "Construction for the first tower is almost complete," Syahruzza said, as quoted by Bisnis Indonesia on Tuesday (15/10) yesterday.
After the handover of these apartments, the company will also carry out the handover of the LRT City-Royal Sentul Park project in mid-2020. The apartment is developed with a mixed-use concept.
In addition, the project will be integrated with the LRT, Transjabodetabek, and East Bekasi toll gate. (KR/AR)
