Warna Bhuana Investama seeks Rp 500 billion through issuance of short term securities

JAKARTA - PT Warna Bhuana Investama (WBI) seeks to raise Rp 500 billion through the issuance of short term investment securities (SBIJP). WBI is a company that engaged in the business of wood processing and film studios through its subsidiaries, namely PT Rimba Sentosa Persada and PT Mitra Andalas Visual.

With export demand continuing to increase, WBI plans expanding business by increasing wood processing production. Meanwhile, in the film business, WBI will continue to develop content creative digital business model with a unique and profitable, namely 360⁰ SINEMA 45.

To support the expansion plan, WBI will issue Short-Term Investment Securities (SBIJP) with a maximum value of Rp 500 billion. These securities have a tenor of 180 days with an interest of 11% per 360 days which will be paid every three months.

Setyo Wisnu Broto, CEO of WBI stated, "We believe that the expansion carried out by WBI through increased exports of wood processing products can help balance Indonesia's trade balance, and develop the production of creative ideas in the Indonesian film."

For information, Ascort Asia was appointed as an independent consultant in the issuance and distribution of SBI JP. In addition, Bank BRI was also appointed as a Facility Agent, Collateral Agent and Payment Agent. (LM)
