JAKARTA. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk (BIPI) will postpone the construction of its energy infrastructure projects, because the feasibility study has not yet been completed.

Kurniawati Budiman, Corporate Secretary of BIPI, said that the total investment prepared for its infrastructure projects is around US$ 2.5 billion. "We will continue to focus on integrated energy infrastructure, which owns and operates mining infrastructure through a subsidiary," Budiman said as reported by Kontan on friday (24/10) today.

To meet these needs, BIPI seeks to reduce its operating expenses until the end of the year. In addition, the energy company has also obtained US$ 615 million in loans from banks, without loan guarantees. (KR/AR)
