Perdana Bangun Pusaka aims to raise Rp 17.44 billion in its private placement

JAKARTA - PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk (KONI) will conduct a private placement by issuing 240 million new shares at an exercise price of Rp 727 per share. The company expects to raise Rp 17.44 billion in corporate action.

This plan will be implemented within 12 months after being approved by the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 5 December 2019.

As quoted from the company disclosure, prospective investors that may take part in the private placement include PT Dasabina Adityasarana (majority shareholder), the company's commissioners, directors, and their family members. 

Funds obtained in the corporate action will be used to pay the company's debt to Bank of Singapore Limited (Rp 79.89 billion) and PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk (BNII) (Rp 6.41 billion). (LK/AR)
