JAKARTA - PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT) is expanding ita distribution channel in the North Sulawesi region.
Recently, MKNT added its distribution network in Minahasa Islands following Talaud in the North Sulawesi region. The operational area covers 318 villages around South Minahasa, Southeast Minahasa, Talaud, Sitaro, Tondano, Sangihe, and Tomohon with a total of 5,070 stalls.
To further smoothen the distribution process, it is planned that the issuer will place 20 points. Meanwhile, coordination centers will be placed in several distribution centers including the Minahasa Islands, Southeast Minahasa, South Minahasa, Tomohon and Sangihe.
"We have developed a distribution channel in North Sulawesi recently so that our market share in Indonesia will be greater. We chose Minahasa Islands region as well as Talaud Islands because the market potential here is good," explained Jefri Junaedi, President Director of MKNT.
With this additional marketing area, MKNT hopes to get an additional sales turnover in Q4 of Rp 150 billion. The company is optimistic that it can exceed the overall target of around Rp 4.2 Trillion by the end of 2019. (LM)
