JAKARTA - Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT MD Pictures Tbk (FILM) today approved the agenda of changing the composition of board of directors. In today's EGMS, MD Pictures appointed David Elliot Ulmer Jr. as the company's Digital Director.
President Director of MD Pictures Manoj Dhamoo Punjabi said the company wanted to strengthen its digital business line. Therefore, the company will focus on digital business lines and adding a director in the digital business line to boost the company's growth.
"Content is king, it’s always needed. So I want this digital strategy to be even greater," explained Manoj to IDNfinancials.com.
Related to digital business lines, MD Pictures will expand the company's cooperation with HOOQ, Iflix, and so on. In addition, other contents will also be encouraged to grow. At present, the contribution of the digital segment to the company's revenue reaches 40% and is predicted to grow even greater. (LM)
