JAKARTA - Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT Hanson International Tbk (MYRX) today approved the agenda for changes in the company's board of directors and commissioners.
The new company's board of directors are as follows: President Director Benny Tjokrosaputro, Director Rony Agung Suseno, Director Adnan Tabrani, Director Hartono Santoso.
