BTN disbursed loans amounting to Rp 253.13 trillion

JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) distributed total financing loans reaching Rp 253.13 trillion in the third quarter of 2019, up from Rp 234.99 trillion on December 31, 2019. Meanwhile, the value of bad loans reached Rp 4.46 trillion for conventional credit, up from Rp 4.20 trillion.

As quoted from the Third Quarterly Financial Statements of 2019, this credit financing consists of conventional loans and Islamic financing. Conventional loans were recorded at Rp 233.62 trillion in the third quarter of 2019, up around 8.03% compared to the 31 December 2018 period, amounting to Rp 216.25 trillion. While sharia financing amounted to Rp 23.30 trillion, up from Rp 22.04 trillion.

Of the types of financing loans, the housing loan financing portion was IDR 175.26 trillion, up from IDR 159.35 trillion and non-mortgages at IDR 10.25 trillion, up from IDR 11.25 trillion. Meanwhile, funding for working capital was recorded at Rp 34.90 trillion, up from Rp 36.73 trillion, investment loans totaling Rp 11.03 trillion, up from Rp 6.71 trillion, while syndicated loans amounting to Rp 74.42 billion, down from Rp 77.03 billion. Credit for directors and third party employees was recorded at Rp 1.97 trillion, down from Rp 2 trillion, and related parties at Rp 103.04 billion, down from Rp 107.40 billion.

While sharia financing for KPR was recorded at Rp. 18.97 trillion, up from Rp. 17.07 trillion and Non-KPR as much as Rp. 200 billion, down from Rp. 242.27 billion. Meanwhile, working capital loans amounted to Rp 3.75 trillion, down from Rp 4.26 trillion and investments amounting to Rp 368.74 billion, down from Rp 452.39 billion. For the amount of non-performing loans in Islamic financing in the third quarter of 2019 amounting to Rp 923.19 billion, down from non-performing loans in the previous period, amounting to Rp 988.37 billion.
