JAKARTA. PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) is expanding its export market to 69 countries.
Elfina Afny, Corporate Planning and Communication Division Head at ADM, said a number of types of cars were exported, from Agya to Lite Ace. "Daihatsu has exported 162 vehicle models to 69 countries," explained Afny on Monday (11/18) today.
In 2018, ADM exported 118,000 units of cars. From January to October 2019, ADM's total exports have reached 104,000 units. One of ADM's newest export destinations is Papua New Guinea. Meanwhile, domestic sales was recorded at 849,609 units.
From January to October 2019, ADM recorded that their wholesale sales had reached 150,518 units. In this period, the company has 17.7% market share in Indonesia. (KR/AR)
