JAKARTA - PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS) sold one of its tankers, MT Catur Samudera to PT Maxima Maritima to improve efficiency.
As quoted from the company disclosure, Budi Haryono, President Director of PT Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi Tbk (HITS), said the sale of the vessel was done to improve efficiency. The sale has no direct impact on the company's operation.
MT Catur Samudera is a double-hulled tanker build in 1994. Its gross tonnage reached 4,437 GRT.
Previously, HITS had also sold two other ships in order to improve efficiency. (LK/AR)
