JAKARTA. PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) expects its loan growth to reach 10% -11% year on year (YoY) next year. The company will rely on corporate and wholesale segments to achieve the target.

Acting Director of Bank Mandiri Sulaiman Arif Arianto revealed this in a hearing with the Commission XI of the House of Representatives (DPR RI) on Tuesday (26.11). He said the projection was higher than this year's projection of 7% -9%.

"We will also push the retail segment, which includes individual loans to micro, small and medium enterprises," he said.

Along with loan growth, BMRI will also try to maintain its credit quality by maintaining its non-performing loans (NPLs) ratio at the level of 2.4% -2.5%. (AM/AR)
